Elise Nansve Mjelde is a dancer from Bergen, Norway. She discovered her interest in dance through rhythmic gymnastics and later attended the dance program at Langhaugen High School, while also training in classical, jazz, and contemporary dance at Step in Dansestudio in Bergen, where she received strong support in building her foundation. After completing Spin OE – Forstudium i Dans in Oslo in 2021, Elise continued her education at SEAD – Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, graduating in 2025. During her time there, she had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of choreographers and teachers, including Edivaldo Ernesto, Horacio Macuacua, Manuel Ronda, Milla Koistinen, among others. Elise draws inspiration from a fascination with creating physical expression that embraces extremity, humor, and the unpredictable relationship between performers and audience. From this curiosity emerged her duet GREATNESS, created in collaboration with Marceau Laouchez, which has been presented on multiple platforms across Europe from 2024 to 2025 and will continue touring through 2026.

Elise is part of NSP 2 for the season 2025-2026.
