Born in Bærum, Norway in 1993, Hanne Elisabeth Svenning started dancing at an early age and went on to study dance in Oslo.  

Hanne majored in dance at Fagerborg Videregående Skole and went on to further her studies at the Norwegian National Academy of the Arts. Since graduating she has been working freelance with choreographers including: Elle Sofe Henriksen, Simone Grøtte and Hallgrim Hansegård. She danced in the short film Dog Days choreographed by Masja Abrahamsen, and has worked with Ballerina Productions and with the director Christopher Perez De Carvasal. 

Hanne is currently based in Oslo, working and touring extensively throughout Norway.

Hanne joined Nagelhus Schia Productions as an apprentice in 2019 for Orbo Novo choreographed by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and Honolulu Queen choreographed by Kristin Inao. Hanne was part of NSP 2 (2019-2020).
